Pennyrile Youth Rally 2004

We attended the Pennyrile Youth Rally on March 26 & March 27.

The theme this year was Marriage which was about our relationship with the church and how we aren't perfect as the church body, but that Jesus is perfect and will always and faithfully be there for us in our relationship with Him.

Last year during the event, Aaron P. volunteered for "Chubby Bunny."  This year Aaron was unable to attend, but his sister, Hailey made the family proud once again by volunteering for a pie eating contest!

Mushrooms!
Check out the picture in the background.
The pie eaters thought they were getting pie,
but each got an unpleasant surprise in their pies!
Hailey got a pie full of Mushrooms!

Hanging out...

This looks like a story that has gone out of control! ;)

Our hotel...

We visited Madisonville's Super Wal-mart and yes,
that's Brooke riding a giraffe!

Crank up the volume!

Saturday Morning - Loading up the van...

Our new church van!

Eating in style with some cool dudes
and dudedettes at Cracker Barrel.

Some things are best just not knowing about! ;)
What a great pic!

I may be a little biased, but the best "gang" around!

Whitney won this contest by quickly finding me,
but from the face I'm making, it looks like I lost!

On the road again...heading to lunch.

All hair looks like this when you're doing 100+.
Wait, did I just say that out loud?
No one heard me did they? ;)
Just Kidding!

Paul (finally) getting the last word in with the Easter Bunny.

Jordan still hoping the Easter Bunny
will stop by and visit - good luck!

We placed our prayer requests on cards and then "nailed"
them to the cross for Jesus to take care of them.

The ride home sometimes causes this,
we don't yet have a name for it,
but be careful around these guys!
